Was Dich erwartet:

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines 5-köpfigen IT-Service-Teams im 1st-Level-Support
  • Sicherstellung eines stabilen und serviceorientierten IT-Betriebs für alle Anwender:innen
  • Aktives Incident- und Eskalationsmanagement sowie effizientes Ticket-Dispatching
  • Analyse und kontinuierliche Optimierung der Supportprozesse, inkl. KPI- und SLA-Monitoring
  • Weiterentwicklung ITIL-basierter Abläufe und Einführung standardisierter Prozesse
  • Aufbau und Sicherung von Know-how durch Schulungen, Dokumentationen und Best-Practices
  • Koordination interner Schnittstellen sowie Steuerung externer IT-Dienstleister
  • Verantwortung für die IT-Arbeitsplatzausstattung inkl. Lagerverwaltung und Bestellprozesse
  • Identifikation und Bearbeitung systemischer Problemstellungen im Ticketsystem
  • Stärkung der Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen IT-Teams, insbesondere in Polen

Was wir erwarten:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker:in (Systemintegration) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im IT-Support, idealerweise mit erster Führungserfahrung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365, Windows-Clients und ITSM-/Ticket-Systemen
  • Hohe Serviceorientierung, Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Erfahrung mit ISO-27001-Prozessen von Vorteil
