Comptoir Agricole Ste-Anne (CASA pour les intimes) est une entreprise familiale fièrement établie depuis 1975, qui se spécialise dans la fabrication et l’installation d’équipements agricoles et commerciaux servant à l’entreposage, la manutention, le conditionnement et la transformation des grains.
Dédiée à supporter nos partenaires dans leur mission de nourrir le monde d’aujourd’hui et de demain, nous recherchons un Ingénieur industriel expérimenté pour contribuer à l’intégration du système ERP Epicor et à l’industrialisation de nouveaux produits, sous la responsabilité du Directeur des opérations.
Le candidat idéal aura une solide expérience dans l’optimisation des processus industriels et une bonne connaissance de l’industrie de la transformation du métal. Ce rôle collaboratif est essentiel pour assurer une transition fluide vers l’utilisation optimale de l’ERP et soutenir le développement de nouveaux produits.

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Diplôme en génie industriel ou dans un domaine connexe
  • Être membre en règle de l’Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec
  • Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en optimisation des processus industriels et en soutien à l’implantation d’un ERP
  • Connaissance du système ERP Epicor ou d’un autre ERP similaire
  • Bonne connaissance de l’industrie de la transformation du métal
  • Compétences en gestion de projet, avec une expérience de collaboration interdisciplinaire
  • Excellentes capacités d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes
  • Aptitude à travailler dans un environnement collaboratif et à contribuer au succès de projets à grande échelle
  • Expérience en Lean Manufacturing ou en Six Sigma (atouts)
  • Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais à l’oral et à l’écrit pour assurer une communication claire et régulière avec les autres départements et les parties prenantes externes y compris anglophones
