Develop control strategies, SCADA programming, and PLC/HMI systems for plant automation. Attending meetings with technical leads. Shall be able to independently handle I & C work in projects. Shall be able to design and implement SCADA systems, including DCS, PLCs, and HMIs, for municipal water/wastewater projects. Collaborate with project teams, including mechanical, electrical, and process engineers, to ensure seamless integration of instrumentation systems. Shall be well versed instrument selection criteria. SCADA system design and implementation experience in process control systems, P&ID development, control system network architecture development, instrumentation and controls design, control strategy development, and network security systems Experience with SCADA system commissioning, including troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques to maintain high SCADA system availability. Working knowledge of PLC and HMI programming functionality and execution Preparation of design basis, space planning for control rooms Shall have knowledge all I & C related deliverables and drawings. Prepare technical documentation, including instrumentation datasheets, loop diagrams, and control narratives. Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and project specifications. Qualifications Bachelor’s /Master' s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Process Engineering.
