Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels, including ordering supplies and managing stock rotation. Cash Handling: Handle cash and operate the cash register accurately. Ensure cash-handling policies and procedures are followed. Safety and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and safe store environment. Follow health and safety guidelines, including food safety practices. Shift Scheduling: Assist the Store Manager in creating and managing shift schedules, ensuring appropriate coverage during peak hours. Administrative Tasks: Complete paperwork, reports, and administrative tasks as required. WHAT YOU'LL NEED: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a coffee shop or restaurant setting. Passion for coffee and a strong knowledge of Starbucks products and standards (Starbucks Barista Certification is a plus). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
