We have a vacancy for a Qualified Level 3 Early Years Educator who can support the nursery manager in providing high quality childcare and strive for excellence.

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of 1 years of experience working with young children in an early years setting
• Knowledge of child development theories and best practices in early childhood education
• Familiarity with EYFS and standards for early years education
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
• Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all children
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with young children

QUALIFICATIONS

• Completion of a full and relevant Level 3 Childcare qualification, e.g. Level 3 Diploma for the Children & Young People’s Workforce, NVQ Level 3 in Children’s Care, Learning and Development
• Completion of Safeguarding Awareness course (desirable)
• Paediatric First Aid certificate (within date if qualified post 30th June 2016)
• Drivers desirable

The position is full time working upto 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday between 7.30am-6.00pm.
