This position manages all aspects of the recruiting process—including job postings, sourcing when necessary, interviewing, and onboarding—while ensuring data integrity, compliance, and alignment with diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) goals. The incumbent leverages HR technology and analytics to track KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire, using insights to improve efficiency and decision-making. PLEASE NOTE: This is a fully remote position and can be performed from anywhere within the United States. Key Responsibilities: Lead full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles across partner organizations, including job postings, sourcing (as needed), interviewing, selection, onboarding, and orientation.
