Description du poste Nous recherchons un(e) Superviseur mécanique. Vous serez responsable du pilotage global du contrat de désamiantage ainsi que de la supervision quotidienne des travaux sur site, dans le respect des exigences sécurité, environnement, qualité, coûts et délais. Vous travaillerez en coordination avec différents interlocuteurs et corps de métiers (responsable de site, préventeur HSE, équipes techniques et contractuelles). Vos missions seront les suivantes : Pilotage technique et contractuel : Analyser le contrat et les spécifications techniques (limites de fourniture, dossiers réglementaires, jalons…). Suivre la planification, les interfaces et les jalons critiques du titulaire. Contrôler les documents d’exécution et coordonner les revues techniques. Animer les réunions d’enclenchement, d’avancement et de suivi ; rédiger les comptes rendus et le reporting hebdomadaire. Gérer les écarts, avenants et travaux supplémentaires en lien avec le Contract Manager. Assurer la réception des travaux et le suivi des levées de réserves. Surveillance des travaux sur site : Superviser les activités de désamiantage et garantir leur conformité réglementaire. Faire respecter les règles de sécurité, d’hygiène et d’environnement sur le terrain. Vérifier la bonne application des modes opératoires et la qualité d’exécution. Coordonner les membres de l’équipe de surveillance et analyser les risques. Participer à la gestion des déchets (BSD, BSDD, registres, pesées, tri, stockage). Clôture et retour d’expérience : Vérifier et valider les rapports finaux d’intervention. Participer à l’évaluation des fournisseurs et au bilan technique global. Capitaliser le retour d’expérience (REX) du projet pour les futures opérations. Qualifications De formation Technicien (Bac+2/+3) vous disposez au moins 5 ans d'expérience ou de formation Ingénieur (Bac+5) vous disposez de minimum 3 ans d'expérience, sur des projets similaires, qui vous ont permis de mobiliser des compétences techniques en Génie civil - BTP, ou mécanique. Vous disposez d'une expérience avérée en désamiantage, déconstruction, dans un environnement industriel ou nucléaire. Compétences techniques : Connaissances en désamiantage, levage, échafaudage, travaux en hauteur et gestion des déchets. Maîtrise des référentiels QHSE (ISO 9001, 14001, 18001) et de la réglementation amiante (SS3/SS4). Pratique des outils de planification, gestion documentaire et bureautique. Habilitations souhaitées : H0/B0/M0, SST, travaux en hauteur, utilisateur/vérificateur échafaudage. Capacité à analyser, coordonner et fiabiliser les interventions sur le terrain.
