Summary: The Distribution Center Trainer is responsible for training and managing the progress of training for any employee in need of training. Reports on employee’s progress to the relevant Distribution Center Supervisor. Is actively involved in the Safety Committee and may perform quality-control tasks throughout the Distribution Center. What You'll Do: Must behave consistently with the Company’s Core Competencies, Polices, Procedures and focus on safety Train employees on various topics including but not limited to: material handling equipment, shift specifics, Distribution Center layout and processes, Bluevolt, Warehouse Management Software, and Voice directed picking.
