Enters customers' transactions into computer to record transactions, and issues computer generated receipts. Orders daily supply of cash with vault teller and verifies all incoming and outgoing cash. Balances currency and coin, in cash drawer at the end of their shift and compares totaled amounts with amount shown in Integrated Teller. Explains, promotes, or sells products or services such as gift cards, cashier's checks, and check orders Understands the different accounts, products, and services offered at the bank. Balances ATM, processes night deposit bags and deposit by mail, prepares change orders Accepts loan, mortgage and other payments (including utilities) Perform error resolution within customer transactions and account activity Competencies: Customer Service Time Management Detail Orientation Requirements Role Qualifications: Education/Experience High school diploma or equivalent.
