Oakbank Care Home is a brand new, purpose-built 70-bed luxury care home situated in the scenic town of Crieff. Surrounded by hills and greenery, we offer Residential, Dementia, Nursing, Respite and Palliative care in a peaceful and welcoming environment where residents feel safe, supported and understood.
We are now looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our night shift team. If you are someone who leads with kindness, acts with confidence and takes pride in delivering outstanding care, this is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference.
ABOUT US:
Oakbank Care Home is part of Care Concern Group, a family-owned, market-leading care provider with over 100 homes across the UK. We are committed to delivering outstanding care in specialist settings and creating supportive workplaces where our teams can grow and flourish.
Our five core values – Trust, Respect, Passion, Kindness, Inclusivity – define everything we do. If you share these values and want to be part of a team that is shaping something truly special, we would love to hear from you
As a Night Nurse at Oakbank, you will be the calm, reassuring presence that residents rely on throughout the night. You will take responsibility for delivering high-quality, person-centred clinical care, monitoring residents closely, and responding swiftly to any changes in their wellbeing. Your night will begin with a thorough handover, followed by leading the care team to ensure residents are comfortable, safe and supported. You will administer medication, maintain detailed care records, and provide emotional support as needed. Working closely with families and professionals, you will help create and maintain individual care plans that reflect each resident’s needs and preferences. Most importantly, you will uphold dignity and respect in every interaction, bringing a warm and compassionate approach to all that you do.
