About the Role
Are you ready to take ownership of your own portfolio and grow it from the ground up? BOQ Specialist is seeking a motivated and experienced Relationship Executive to join our Sydney team. This is a unique opportunity to build and manage a diversified client base, with the support of a dedicated analyst, in a role that blends strategic business development with relationship management.
In this role, you’ll take full ownership of a customer portfolio, driving growth through the acquisition and retention of profitable business clients across diversified industries. You’ll engage with customers, advisors, and influencers to deepen relationships and elevate BOQ’s brand presence. With a strong understanding of credit structuring, you’ll deliver tailored lending solutions aligned with BOQ’s policies and appetite. You’ll also coach and support a dedicated Corporate Analyst, ensuring seamless service delivery and portfolio success. Throughout, you’ll exemplify BOQ Group’s values and uphold our commitment to building social capital through banking.
About you
You’re a commercially minded relationship banker with a strong track record in business lending and portfolio growth. You’re confident working independently, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and thrive on building something from scratch. You bring a strategic mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering value to clients across diversified industries.
