MULTI SKILLED RECEPTION TEAM MEMBER - Full Time
Salary: £12.60 per hour/ £25,550 per annum
At Ibis Budget Glasgow, we are hiring Multi Skilled Front Office Team Members to join our growing team!

Are you self-driven whilst being able to work within a great team?

These are a few things you could be doing with us:

  • Taking care of our guests from arrival to departure, making sure we look after them 24/7.
  • Carry out check in and Check out.
  • Take payments and carry out end of shift banking.
  • Review and check all daily reservations, requests, cancelations.
  • Update external communications.
  • Manage guest requests, enquiries and internal emails.
  • Actively participate in building the hotel reputation score.
  • Be an ambassador for the ACCOR loyalty programme (ALL).
  • Carry out the EOD banking and balancing with the correct reporting.
  • Keep the reception and common areas clean and tidy.
  • Assist in all other departments as and when required.

Hotel experience is essential for this role.
Full time position for an immediate start.
Shifts vary Monday to Sunday with the following shift patterns (07:00-15:00 / 12:00 - 20:00 / 15:00 - 23:00/23:00 - 07:00 W/Nightshift uplift)
