EXPERIENCE

• Proven supervisory experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is essential.
• Strong culinary skills with experience in food preparation, cooking, and food production.
• Background in hospitality management or related fields is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices is crucial.
• Previous experience in kitchen roles or barista positions will be advantageous.
• Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective team management.
