QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in caregiving or related fields such as assisted living, nursing homes, or home care is preferred.
• Strong understanding of resident care principles and practices.
• Compassionate demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
• Knowledge of dementia care techniques is a plus.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and possess strong organizational skills.
• Certification in caregiving or related training is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing.
• Serve meals according to dietary requirements and preferences.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a warm and friendly environment.
• Maintain a clean and organized living space for residents.
• Monitor clients’ health and report any changes or concerns to the Care Team Leads.
• Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote physical and mental stimulation.
• Provide specialized care for residents with conditions such as dementia or other cognitive impairments.
