At The Bakehouse by Baked In Brick, we have established ourselves as one of the best brunch & coffee spots in Birmingham. The Bakehouse is a friendly neighbourhood coffee shop, but we offer much more. In addition to serving delicious coffee, we feature a wide range of freshly baked bread, patisserie, and cakes—all made at our local bakery in Erdington and delivered fresh to The Bakehouse every morning.
We are looking to expand our team and we are looking for someone passionate and enthusiastic to join our growing business. If you love coffee (we proudly serve Quarter Horse Coffee, roasted locally in Birmingham city centre), are friendly, and great with customers, and have the ability to multi-task and thrive under pressure—all with a smile—we want to hear from you! At The Bakehouse, we aim to be the best part of someone’s day, for both our customers and employees.
This role is city centre based, between Jewellery Quarter, Broad Street & Digbeth.
Previous experience with coffee is essential.
