The Strategic Engagement and Compensation Policy branch is integral to supporting and implementing the provincial government’s vision for innovation in health service provider compensation. The branch focuses on developing, reviewing, negotiating, and implementing compensation policies and strategies for publicly funded health services in Alberta while ensuring high-quality, cost-effective healthcare for Albertans. The Ministry of Health is seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to guide and develop the provincial-level compensation negotiations and engagement strategies for physicians, Allied Health providers, and other health service providers across Alberta. This leadership position will drive innovative approaches to compensation, foster collaboration, and ensure the successful implementation of policies and programs that improve healthcare delivery in the province.
