POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee and manage road construction and excavation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil construction with a focus on roadwork, grading, drainage, and earthmoving operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Minimum 5 years of experience in road construction and excavation supervision.
· Strong knowledge of civil construction practices, grading, compaction, drainage, and utility installation.
· Proven ability to lead crews and manage multiple aspects of a project simultaneously.
· Excellent communication and organizational skills along with computer proficiency.
· Valid driver’s license; ability to travel to various job sites.
· Safety certifications are an asset.

· Supervise day-to-day activities on construction sites, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity.
· Coordinate and direct crews, subcontractors, and equipment.
· Interpret project plans, specifications, and schedules.
· Monitor progress and provide regular updates to project management.
· Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
· Troubleshoot issues on site and implement effective solutions.
· Maintain accurate records, including daily reports, time sheets, and material logs.
