We are looking for a highly motivated and commercial candidate who has experience in a broad range of structured finance transactions, which may include: traditional mortgage and consumer warehouse financing, loan-on-loan financing; portfolio acquisition financing; private/public securitisations; fund financing; CLO warehousing; repackaging transactions; and/or repurchase arrangements. Skills that will help you in the role: 9+ years PQE with a major law firm or financial institution. Experience with structuring and transaction execution on a business desk, including negotiation of commercial and legal matters. Familiarity with LMA documentation and securitisation frameworks. Commercially driven with ability to adapt to a varied workload. The successful candidate will need to be FCA certified to perform this role and pass the associated exams before commencing employment with us.
