Assisting with legal questions arising in respect of bespoke transactions. A Lawyer with strong derivatives trading and structured finance transactions. Experience in credit derivatives would be preferred, but not essential. England and Wales qualified. Good knowledge of EU/UK financial services regulation. At least 5-8 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role.
