Position requires individuals to furnish their own reliable transportation to fulfill the job’s functions Duties & Responsibilities: Ensure the property is always well kept and maintained and immediately address any safety concerns Schedule and perform routine preventive maintenance on all appropriate equipment as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor and the Property Manager Diagnose and perform minor or routine maintenance or repair, to include HVAC troubleshooting and pool maintenance, if applicable Remove and transfer appliances and equipment to/from storage area to apartment as circumstances warrant and assist in moving abandoned furniture, appliances, etc. to dumpster Complete all service requests within 24 hours, unless the request requires extraordinary parts or labor Perform on-call emergency service requests when scheduled. When on call, emergency after-hours calls will require an immediate response and arrival at the property no more than an hour after the call is received.
