Job Description The Digital Product Manager plays a strategic leadership role responsible for shaping the vision, roadmap, and delivery of digital products that align with broader business goals. This role combines user-centric thinking, commercial awareness, and strong stakeholder engagement to ensure products deliver measurable value to customers and the organisation. In this role you will: Define and communicate the product vision, strategy and roadmap that aligns with TAL's growth objectives and broader business goals. Conduct user research, synthesise market trends, competitor analysis and industry developments into actionable insights. Lead cross-functional teams through discovery and delivery phases, collaborating with design, engineering and QA to test assumptions, design experiments and iterate on solutions. Own the end-to-end lifecycle of products from conception through to retirement. Collaborate with Partnerships and Business teams to develop and execute product launch strategies. Build and maintain strategic relationships across internal teams (Partnerships, Proposition, Risk, Architecture, other delivery teams) and external partners (administrators, superannuation partners, third-party providers). Contribute to improving our robust digital infrastructure including analytics platforms, experimentation frameworks, API ecosystems for partner integrations, and personalisation engines.
