Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a motivated team to deliver exceptional service and strong commercial results.
• Drive sales performance through effective KPI management and daily floor leadership.
• Maintain impeccable store standards, visual presentation and operational excellence.
• Create a positive, inclusive and collaborative team culture.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training and ongoing staff development.
• Manage stock levels, replenishment, deliveries and store operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and health & safety standards.
• Represent the brand values through confident leadership, communication and customer engagement.

About You

• Previous experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager within fashion, accessories or beauty retail.
• Proven track record of driving sales, achieving KPIs and elevating customer experience.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, empower and develop a team.
• Customer-centric mindset with a natural ability to build rapport and create loyalty.
• Excellent organisational, operational and problem-solving skills.
• Leads from the front, sets the tone and creates a high-energy environment.
• Flexible to work weekends, evenings and peak trading periods.
