Provide technical support and information to Construction, Commercial and Sales Departments and other members of the Design Team;

· Accurately update existing house types within the Cheshire & North Wales range;

· Accurately produce and submit Planning and Building Regulation Applications;

· Maintain good understanding of the Building Regulations, SAP and construction issues that affect house building;

· Prepare sales and legal information, conveyance plans, sales area layouts, external finishes, etc;

· Obtain and check information from external architectural consultants, suppliers and manufacturers for inclusion within the working drawing pack;

· Visit sites to carry out inspections of the house types;

· Ensure amended drawings are issued in accordance with Company Procedures;

· Promote new and improved drafting procedures and techniques to help with producing house type working drawings;

· Management of DocHosting documentation ensuring up to date information is provided;

· Have a good knowledge and understanding of timber framed construction and details;

· Assist in maintaining of Anwyl standard construction details.
