Position Summary The Assistant Grocery Manager supports the Grocery Manager in overseeing daily department operations, ensuring shelves are stocked, merchandised, and customer-ready at all times. This role helps drive sales, control shrink, and lead the team while maintaining high standards for service, efficiency, and safety.
