1. 1. MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC a. Logistics · Chuẩn bị, kiểm tra và hoàn thiện bộ hồ sơ, chứng từ xuất nhập khẩu (Invoice, Packing List, C/O, Bill of Lading, Tờ khai hải quan...). · Thực hiện khai báo hải quan trên hệ thống VNACCS/ECUS cho hàng hóa xuất/nhập khẩu. · Theo dõi tiến độ thông quan, xử lý phát sinh với cơ quan Hải quan, Cảng, Hãng tàu/Forwarder và đơn vị vận chuyển trong nước. · Quản lý, lưu trữ hồ sơ xuất nhập khẩu theo đúng quy định của Luật Hải quan, Luật Quản lý ngoại thương và các văn bản hướng dẫn liên quan. · Tính toán, kiểm tra các loại thuế liên quan đến hàng hóa xuất nhập khẩu, phối hợp với bộ phận Kế toán/Tài chính. b. Thu mua · Tìm kiếm, đánh giá và làm việc với nhà cung cấp trong và ngoài nước sau khi nhận được yêu cầu mua hàng của các bộ phận/phòng ban. · Lập đơn đặt hàng (PO), theo dõi tiến độ giao hàng, đảm bảo hàng hóa/nguyên vật liệu về đúng thời hạn, đúng chất lượng, đúng chi phí. · Đàm phán giá cả, điều khoản thanh toán, điều kiện giao hàng (Incoterms) với nhà cung cấp. · Cập nhật, so sánh báo giá, hỗ trợ xây dựng và tối ưu hóa cơ sở dữ liệu nhà cung cấp. · Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan (Kho, Sản xuất, Kế toán) để đảm bảo dòng cung ứng hàng hóa thông suốt. · Hỗ trợ soạn thảo, rà soát hợp đồng mua hàng, đảm bảo tuân thủ quy định pháp luật và quy chế nội bộ công ty. · Theo dõi tồn kho trang thiết bị và đối chiếu với bộ phận Kế toán. c. Công việc khác · Lập báo cáo định kỳ về chi phí logistics, tình trạng đơn hàng, tồn kho. · Thực hiện các công việc khác theo phân công của cấp quản lý trực tiếp. 2. YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC · Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Logistics và Quản lý chuỗi cung ứng, Kinh doanh quốc tế, Ngoại thương, Kinh tế đối ngoại hoặc liên quan. · Có ít nhất 06 tháng - 01 kinh nghiệm liên quan đến khai báo hải quan/chứng từ xuất nhập khẩu, ưu tiên các ứng viên từng khai báo các mặt hàng linh kiện. · Am hiểu quy trình khai quan trên hệ thống VNACCS/ECUS và làm việc với Cơ quan Hải quan Chuyển phát nhanh. · Nắm vững các quy định của Luật Hải quan, Luật Thuế xuất nhập khẩu, Luật Quản lý ngoại thương và Incoterms 2020. · Tiếng Anh tốt, có khả năng trao đổi email, điện thoại, đàm phán trực tiếp với nhà cung cấp nước ngoài. · Thành thạo tin học văn phòng (Excel, Word, Outlook); biết sử dụng phần mềm khai báo hải quan/ERP là lợi thế. · Kỹ năng giao tiếp, đàm phán, làm việc nhóm tốt; cẩn thận, chi tiết, chủ động 3. PHÚC LỢI · Mức lương cạnh tranh, review lương 1 lần/năm. · Thời gian làm việc: 5 ngày/tuần (Thứ Hai - Thứ Sáu). · BHXH theo quy định, bảo hiểm sức khỏe nâng cao, kiểm tra sức khỏe định kỳ hàng năm. · 12 ngày phép năm, thêm 1 ngày nghỉ hưởng lương trong ngày sinh nhật. · Lương tháng 13, thưởng quý, thưởng cuối năm (dựa trên tình hình kinh doanh vàperformance của nhân viên). Thưởng các ngày lễ, Tết, sinh nhật,... Các sự kiện nội bộ: company trip, team trip, các hoạt động thể thao (chạy bộ, bóng đá,...),year-end party,... · Cung cấp trang thiết bị đầy đủ để phục vụ cho công việc. · Cơ hội đào tạo, phát triển công việc. · Môi trường làm việc trẻ trung, chuyên nghiệp và thân thiện.
