Le ou la spécialiste du marketing sur le terrain appuiera également le programme de véhicules événementiels dans la région, de concert avec le ou de la directrice du marketing sur le terrain. Dans l’ensemble, cette personne contribuera à accroître la notoriété et la consommation de Red Bull et offrira une expérience Red Bull exceptionnelle aux consommateurs et consommatrices lors de chaque événement/activation sur le terrain. Description du poste GESTION RÉGIONALE DU PROGRAMME DE COLLECTE DE DONNÉES CONSOMMATEURS Assumer la responsabilité du recrutement, de la formation et de la gestion d’une équipe d’étudiants et étudiantes universitaires pour faire de Red Bull une partie intégrante et pertinente de la vie étudiante. Encadrer, motiver et accompagner les stagiaires spécialistes du marketing afin d’assurer une expérience client toujours positive et de renforcer continuellement les pratiques exemplaires et la prestation de services par rapport à la stratégie définie. En collaboration avec le directeur ou la directrice de la collecte des données des consommateurs et le directeur ou la directrice du marketing sur le terrain, établir des objectifs clairs qui visant à encourager les essais du produit, mobiliser les consommatrices et consommateurs nouveaux ou occasionnels, et élargir la base de clientèle, tout en soutenant les initiatives de ventes et les événements dans la région. Comprendre la réalité étudiante et élaborer des plans adaptés à chaque campus, en cohérence avec la stratégie nationale de marketing étudiant.
