Job Description Reporting to the Clinical Services Manager, the Women and Children’s Occupational Therapist is part of a dynamic multidisciplinary team, providing intervention, follow-up care and education to patients attending the Women’s and Children’s complex, subspeciality, paediatric outpatient clinics. This role is also integrated into the inpatient Neonatal Intensive Care and Paediatric Units where patient assessments, interventions and discharge planning occur in collaboration with is required. This role will support the Women and Children’s program operations related to the scope of practice for occupational therapists including 1:1 patient visits and group sessions at all Osler locations, as well as collaborate with departments outside the Women and Children’s program engaged in overlapping patient care, as needed and directed by the leadership team.
