POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a Marketing & Special Events Assistant with experience in promoting food products and coordinating events. This role combines hands-on marketing, sales, and event management, making it ideal for a motivated, energetic individual who is outgoing, personable, and an excellent communicator, with a passion for food and brand growth.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in food product marketing and/or event coordination.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills—able to engage with customers, vendors, and team members effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Creative thinker with a passion for food and culinary experiences, able to convey enthusiasm to others.

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for our products, ensuring messaging is clear and engaging.
• Coordinate special events, tastings, and in-store promotions, acting as the face of the brand and fostering positive interactions with customers.
• Support door-to-door and store-to-store sales efforts with confidence, professionalism, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Collaborate closely with the team to increase brand awareness and grow customer engagement through effective communication.
• Provide administrative support related to marketing and events as needed, maintaining clear and timely communication with all stakeholders.
