You also play an advisory role for the La Personnelle / The Personal business development teams. You take a leadership role with stakeholders on files and projects connected to complex, innovative initiatives. The nature of the files requires actuarial and financial knowledge and a solid understanding of property and casualty insurance. You also need to be comfortable developing tools to carry out, facilitate and optimize your work. You make recommendations on the development and execution of complex projects and initiatives. You use your analytical skills and comprehensive, detailed understanding of your line of business and the organization. Coordination is critical. You interact with many stakeholders working in a wide range of fields. Interpersonal savvy is therefore essential. You serve as a specialist advisor in your field and as a resource person and coach for your colleagues. More specifically, you will be required to : Actively promote and participate in profitable growth initiatives with the account management and business development teams, as well as other teams involved in the growth strategy.
