What You Will Be Doing: Disinfecting all high touch point areas Sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming Cleaning building common areas, hallways, lobbies, bathrooms, kitchen etc. Collect and dispose of trash in garbage containers on a regular basis Spot cleaning walls, ceilings, partitions, light switches and window sills, door glass Scrubbing, mopping, heavy sweeping, cleaning of light fixtures and replacing bulbs, and general maintenance duties confined under the Janitorial Industry Ability to use and operate industrial and or heavy cleaning machines and equipment; some are but not limited to: scrubbing and sweeping machines, carpet extractors, leaf blowers, pressure washers etc. Enhanced cleaning as per work orders when requested by clients Additional tasks assigned by Manager Exterior cleaning maybe required. Valid Driver’s license and clean drivers abstract maybe required.
