Summary of Responsibilities: Reporting to a Regional Account Director, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Providing administrative support to a Regional Account Director and other Regional Group Sales team members as required Organize and conduct site visits, FAMS and presentations for prospective group clients Organize and participate in client events, sales calls and business development initiatives as required Assisting in the coordination of sales trips including preparation of sales kits, gifts and making travel arrangements Collect market and competitive intelligence to maximize group sales opportunities Utilize Opera Sales & Catering on a daily basis to enter leads, update accounts, contacts and log sales activities.
