Job Title: Senior Marketing Manager
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 3–4 days/week in-office)
Type: 12+ Month Contract (Strong potential to extend or become permanent)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm (flexibility from 8:00am–4:00pm or 10:00am–6:00pm; 37.5 hours/week)

JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives focused on direct investing customer acquisition. This position will focus on mass marketing strategies and campaign execution to support high-impact business growth.
The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, and a performance-oriented mindset. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a major brand’s direct investing business.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5–7 years of relevant marketing experience.
  • Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience working at or managing creative agencies is a strong asset.
  • Understanding of digital marketing and performance media preferred.
  • Ability to translate complex requirements into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Self-directed investing knowledge or personal experience is a strong asset.
