Develop training materials, visual guidelines, and hero‑product education content to support store teams and elevate execution standards. Record and deliver VM training videos that clearly explain concepts, execution rules, and visual standards. Align visual merchandising plans with the regional marketing calendar, commercial activations, and collection drops in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Merchandising. Work cross‑functionally with Global VM, Regional Retail, Field VM, and store teams while continuously gathering store feedback to refine and improve VM concepts.
