REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails and its ecosystem.
• Solid experience with JavaScript and modern frontend frameworks (React strongly preferred).
• Strong understanding of database systems (SQL and NoSQL) and architectural tradeoffs.
• Experience designing and consuming APIs (REST, GraphQL a plus).
• Proven ability to build and maintain comprehensive test suites (unit, integration, end-to-end).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead technical initiatives in a collaborative environment.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Primary: Ruby on Rails. JavaScript, ReactJS (NextJS a plus)
• Databases: SQL, NoSQL
• Testing: RSpec, Minitest, Jest, Cypress (or similar)
• Version Control: Git or similar workflows
• API Development: RESTful APIs, GraphQL (nice to have)
