Key Responsibilities Comprehend customer billing frameworks and accurately configure contracts, pricing, metering, and invoicing. Collaborate with Sales for live demonstrations, sandbox configurations, and responses to RFPs. Engage in discovery discussions with CTOs, CFOs, Controllers, VPs of Finance, and senior stakeholders to align customer requirements with Zenskar’s capabilities. Create and maintain demo environments that accurately represent real-world enterprise scenarios. Serve as the internal advocate for customers by providing structured insights to Product and Engineering teams. Prepare clear documentation for smooth handoffs during deal or use case transitions. Develop customer-specific solution documents and onboarding materials. Contribute to internal knowledge repositories, enablement resources, and product documentation. Qualifications 6 to 10 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting. CPA certification or equivalent experience in accounting, audit, financial operations, or ERP consulting. Practical experience performing revenue recognition using Excel and/or ERP systems. Thorough understanding of the finance function, including the priorities and operations of controllers (such as close cycles, revenue recognition, and accounts receivable hygiene). Comfortable managing deal cycles exceeding $75k and navigating multi-stakeholder purchasing processes. Experience supporting customers in global markets, particularly in North America. Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to articulate the rationale behind solutions beyond just the implementation details. Basic conceptual knowledge of software and AI architectures, APIs, and the ability to analyze workflows and usage challenges. Strong analytical mindset with a methodical approach to solving problems.
