USER TRAINING AND KNOWLEDGE SHARING

• Training sessions for users to enhance their understanding of desktop applications and best practices.
• Share technical knowledge and expertise with team members, promoting a collaborative learning environment
• Document standard solutions to common issues and create SOP to build the IT KMS.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite of Products, particularly Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Profound knowledge of Active Directory user and group management.
• Familiarity with Azure services and integration concepts.
• Prior experience in desktop support and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

We are seeking a highly motivated, forward-thinking IT Support Specialist to join our manufacturing business’s IT team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Suite of Products, Active Directory, and Azure services, ensuring smooth and efficient desktop computing operations within our dynamic manufacturing environment. This position will play a crucial role in maintaining the reliability and functionality of our desktop systems at all branches, providing timely technical support to end-users, and contributing to the overall success of our IT department.
