In this rewarding role, you will work as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team, helping people feel safe, comfortable and respected at a highly important time in their lives. You will support individual care plans by assisting with personal care, skin integrity, nutrition and hydration, mobility, rest and sleep, and maintaining a clean and safe care environment.You will also play an important part in observing and responding to changes in a person's condition, supporting symptom management within the agreed care plan, and escalating any concerns promptly to registered healthcare professionals. We would love to hear from you.Contract: Permanent or 12-month fixed-term, 37.5 hours per week.Shifts: Night shifts, 10:00 pm-7:00 am, Monday to Sunday, including bank holidays.Salary: £25,272 per annum on the Marie Curie Band 2 pay scale (aligned with Agenda for Change), plus enhancements of up to 41% for nights and Saturdays, and up to 83% for Sundays and bank holidays.
