We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides to provide essential support to individuals in their homes. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by assisting them with daily activities and personal care. This position requires a strong commitment to providing high-quality care, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in home care or long-term care settings preferred.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices is essential.
• Certification in CPR is highly desirable.
• Strong cooking skills to prepare healthy meals for clients.
• Ability to provide compassionate care while respecting client dignity and privacy.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as needed.

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and bathing.
• Provide meal preparation and ensure clients have nutritious meals.
• Help with medical documentation and maintain accurate records of client care.
• Support clients in daily living activities, including mobility assistance and companionship.
• Administer basic health monitoring tasks as needed, including checking vital signs.
• Assist with medication reminders and ensure adherence to prescribed regimens.
• Provide care for individuals with long-term conditions, hospice care needs, or those residing in nursing homes.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals regarding client needs and progress.
