We are looking for a Key Account Manager Digital Health (m/f/d) for our Commercial Team in Berlin.

Your role

Digital platforms and telemedicine are changing access to medical care – and you ensure that DEMECAN is optimally positioned in this environment.

As a Key Account Manager for Digital Health (m/f/d), you will manage and develop our strategic partners in the areas of telemedicine, pharmacies, and digital platforms. You will ensure that our products are optimally listed, visible, and available, and work with our partners to develop measures that sustainably strengthen our position in digital sales.

In this role, you combine sales, negotiation skills and data-driven analysis, working closely with marketing, supply chain and sales.

What you can expect:

• You will support and develop our strategic partners on leading telemedicine platforms and digital sales channels.
• You ensure that our products are optimally listed, visible and available, and continuously identify optimization potential.
• You present our DEMECAN portfolio to pharmacies, identify their needs and convince them of the right product selection.
• You are in direct contact with platform and account managers and negotiate placements, collaborations and joint measures.
• You analyze rankings, platform data, market movements and relevant KPIs and derive concrete measures for the further development of our accounts.
• You will further develop existing partnerships commercially and identify new revenue and growth potential.
• You monitor developments in the telemedicine and digital health market and contribute new ideas to our digital sales strategy.
• You will work closely with marketing, supply chain, internal and external sales, as well as other internal interfaces.
• You take responsibility for your accounts and ensure that agreed measures are consistently implemented.

What you bring:

• You bring experience in key account management, sales or partner management – ​​for example from e-commerce, digital health, SaaS, FMCG, healthcare or the pharmacy sector.
• You have a good understanding of digital platforms and a sense of how rankings, visibility, availability and conversion can be influenced.
• You enjoy working with data and KPIs and can derive concrete commercial measures from them.
• You are a strong negotiator, you present yourself confidently and reliably, and you manage to build long-term partnerships on an equal footing.
• You think entrepreneurially, work in a results-oriented manner and like to take independent responsibility for your accounts.
• You work in a structured manner and can set clear priorities even with multiple partners and topics.
• You enjoy quickly familiarizing yourself with new products, partner structures, and dynamic markets.
• You communicate confidently and professionally and have very good German and good English skills.
• You are willing to travel.
