QUALIFICATIONS FOR ACCOUNT MANAGER – HEALTHCARE SITES:

• Must have 3–5 years of experience in operations or client management, within in healthcare and security sector
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including comfort with client presentations
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
• Self-starter with a strong sense of accountability and follow-through
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for site travel
• Eligible to work in Canada

LEAD WITH PURPOSE AS AN ACCOUNT MANAGER – HEALTHCARE SECURITY PORTFOLIO

GardaWorld is expanding and growing and seeking an Account Manager to oversee and grow our healthcare client portfolio. In this high-impact role, you’ll manage key relationships, support field teams, and ensure that our security operations meet the highest standards of service delivery and client satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR ACCOUNT MANAGER – HEALTHCARE SITES:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all assigned healthcare clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with site stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and retention
• Lead and support a team of Embedded Managers, Supervisors, and frontline guards across multiple healthcare locations
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of each site and ensure 24/7 service delivery through collaboration with the Control Centre
• Monitor and manage KPIs including open shifts, sub usage, and overtime
• Conduct regular site visits, staff coaching, and performance evaluations
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Billing teams to ensure smooth and accurate operations
• Continuously assess client needs and identify opportunities to add value through GardaWorld’s full suite of services
• Ensure documentation such as client management lists and staffing records are up to date
• Support business growth in coordination with the Business Development team
