Conduct vehicle safety checks, report maintenance needs and maintain accurate vehicle records in line with Estia Health requirements. Support the coordination of transport schedules for outings, appointments and activities, adapting to resident preferences where appropriate. Assist in the orientation and mentoring of new drivers or transport assistants as required. Ensure all duties are carried out in compliance with Estia Health's quality management system, safety procedures and regulatory requirements. You’ll also have: Australian Driver's licence. Experience in providing transport services within a community, aged care or similar environment. Understanding of road safety regulations and duty of care responsibilities.
