We need an English-fluent Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Specialist, based in Mexico, Colombia, Peru or Chile, available to work remotely. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive site safety inspections, hazard and risk assessments, and incident investigations. Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, ANSI, and client-specific safety standards. Deliver safety orientations, toolbox talks, and corrective-action training in both English and Spanish. Support EHS planning for maintenance, retrofit, and construction activities, including JHAs, permits, and LO/TO plans. Maintain accurate EHS documentation, inspection reports, and training records using digital reporting tools. Collaborate with project leaders to promote zero-incident culture and continuous improvement initiatives. Participate in emergency preparedness, response coordination, and root-cause analysis efforts. Requirements: 5+ years of Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) experience in warehouse, industrial, or construction environments. Proven experience supporting national retail or logistics accounts (Amazon, Walmart, Target preferred). Strong working knowledge of OSHA 1910/1926, hazard communication, PPE, lockout/tagout, and fall protection standards. Proficient with mobile safety and reporting platforms. Excellent organizational, communication, and field leadership skills. Fluency in English and Spanish is required. Ability and willingness to travel. A valid U.S. visa is must. Compensation: The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $2,500 - $3,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
