Description Summary Maple City Health Care Center (MCHCC) is a Federally Qualified Health Center dedicated to improving our community’s health by making quality comprehensive healthcare accessible to all. We strive to care for others as they want to be cared for. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team. The Health Care Navigator contributes to the mission and values of Maple City Health Care Center by supporting patients and non-patients in accessing affordable health care.
