Position Summary The Office Assistant / Home Care Aide will provide administrative support to the Branch Manager and Supervisor while ensuring excellent customer service to our clients and caregivers. When client coverage is needed, this position will also provide in-home caregiving services within our service area. Responsibilities Office Duties: Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally. Welcome clients, caregivers, and visitors to the office. Assist with scheduling, filing, data entry, and maintaining employee and client records. Support the Branch Manager and Supervisor with daily office operations. Assist with caregiver onboarding and administrative paperwork. Follow up with caregivers and clients as directed. Perform other administrative duties as assigned. Home Care Duties (As Needed): Travel to client homes to provide caregiving services when coverage is needed. Document services provided according to company policies. Maintain professionalism and compassionate care at all times. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required.
