Position: HR Intern (Focus Recruiting) (f/m/d)
Location: Berlin, Germany
Start date: ASAP for a period of 6 monthsYour Mission in a Nutshell: As an HR Intern (f/m/d), you’ll be supporting our People team, helping to attract, engage, and onboard great talent – and keeping our office running smoothly. From sourcing star candidates to putting the finishing touches on a first-day onboarding experience, you’ll be involved in every step of the people experience at Humanoo.

ONBOARDING & FIRST-DAY EXPERIENCE:

• Support People Ops in creating a fantastic first day experience at Humanoo and make people feel comfortable from the start.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

• Currently enrolled in (or recently graduated from) a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken); German skills are a plus but not mandatory.
• Any previous HR experience is a bonus, but not a must-have.
