  • Support predictive analytics, business intelligence and AI-enabled initiatives through the application of statistical techniques, data modelling and data preparation methods.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements, analyse processes and recommend data-led improvements that enhance operational performance.
  • Promote effective data management, compliance and continuous improvement by ensuring data quality, supporting governance standards and identifying opportunities for innovation and efficiency.

What can we offer you?

We want to reward you for your passion, enthusiasm, and hard work so we offer much more than a competitive salary:

  • Generous pension scheme (with us contributing 12% when you contribute 6%)
  • Access to our Flexible Benefits Scheme, where you can choose from a variety of benefits such as Life Insurance, Critical Illness Cover, Income Protection, Health Cash Plan, Dental Insurance, and additional pension contributions that suit you.
  • 2 days of paid volunteering leave allowing you to give back to your community.
  • Access to many discounts from the Blue Light Card to NHS Discounts.

Doing all of this on behalf of the NHS gives NHS staff more time to focus on their main priority of providing excellent patient care.

What skills will help you thrive in this role?

  • Data analysis and insight generation – You’ll be confident analysing large datasets, identifying trends and translating complex information into meaningful insights that support operational and strategic decision-making.
  • Reporting, database and technical skills – You’ll be comfortable working with reporting tools, databases and query languages to create accurate reports, dashboards and performance metrics that add value to stakeholders.

  • Attention to detail and data governance – You’ll have a strong focus on data accuracy, quality and compliance, ensuring information is effectively managed and trusted across the business.
