We are looking for enthusiastic Event Retail Assistants to join our team selling merchandise at major music concerts this Summer in Düsseldorf.
Dates : 18.06.25 , 01.07.25, 08.07.25, 26.07.25, 05.09.2025 and 07.09.25

SKILLS

• Team Player.
• Excellent timekeeping skills.
• Retail or hospitality experience is preferred but a hardworking and positive, can-do attitude, is most important.

• Clear and effective communication with customer.
• Selling official Merchandise at the music event.
• Take payments from customers for sale items through the payment system.
• Following procedures like dress code, customer etiquette, safety regulations, and other precautions and requirements.
• Always engaging in appropriate behaviour, representing the business in a positive light.
• Other reasonable duties as requested by management to assist the operation.
