Graduate Nurse Program (GNP) 2027: Through a model of continuous learning and development in a safe and supportive environment our Graduate Nurse Program aims to facilitate your transition from that of a newly graduated Registered Nurse to a competent and confident Registered Nurse. The Graduate Nurse Program is embedded into a comprehensive 2-year foundational paediatric nursing pathway which will provide you with the experience to grow your nursing skills, knowledge and expertise. During this two-year period you will complete 3 rotational clinical placements that incorporate medical, surgical and specialty nursing practice specific to our paediatric population.
