• Immediate care is needed in specialties: MND and Autism (Children)
• First Visits: every time you meet a new client you will be supported by another team member.
• Buddy Visits: for your Complex clients, your first visit will be with another team member.
• Electronic care plans: you can read about your clients prior to visiting them.
• Nurse Support: 24/7 access to a Nurse
• Flexible working hours:you are assigned clients and visits based on your availability, interests, skills, and preferences
