Key Responsibilities Education & Clinical Practice Support Assess educational needs, develop content, and deliver learning programs for clinical teams. Quality & Risk Management Analyze data and implement continuous quality improvement strategies. Develop policies, conduct audits, and evaluate program effectiveness. Integrate health and safety topics into all education planning and delivery. Requirements Education & Certification Registered Nurse (BCCNM) or degree in a recognized health science/professional program. Certified in gerontology (preferred). Formal training or experience in adult education or clinical instruction. Experience Minimum 5 years in healthcare with at least 2 years in a clinical role (long-term care preferred). 5+ years in education or training roles with experience in quality improvement.
