Nurse Practitioner - Addiction Medicine 1 FTE Thunder Bay Site One of a network of provincial community health centers, the NorWest Community Health Centers is a community based, non-profit organization funded by Ontario Health, emphasizing access to primary health care and prevention programs and services. We are currently seeking 1 FTE permanent Nurse Practitioner - Addiction Medicine, who as a valuable member of the Community Health Centre team will provide Nurse Practitioner assistance to vulnerable populations. The role will include working with interdisciplinary teams to provide addiction medicine within the Rapid Access Addiction Medicine (RAAM) Clinic, as well as a full primary care scope of practice for clients of Kwae Kii Win Managed Alcohol Program. The position has a competitive salary, the Health Care of Ontario’s Pension Plan and an excellent group health benefits package. The salary range for this position is $112,199 to $134,196 per year. We do not use AI to screen resumes. Eligible for the Community Commitment Program for Nurses (CCPN) that provides $35,000 in grant funding to eligible nurses in exchange for a 2 year commitment.
